Rose’s Wardrobe early Spring collection for 2021 is here!
NEW SUSTAINABLE FABRIC: NAVY AND GOLD BEEHIVE WEAVE
Rose’s Wardrobe is welcoming a limited edition, navy and gold wool beehive weave fabric. The sustainable fabric will be available in both of Rose’s Wardrobe’s popular vintage inspired styles, the half circle ‘Rosie’ skirt and the classic tapered ‘Patricia’ trousers.
The finer details of the fabric means that the woven navy and gold yarns give an optical dimension to the fabric’s colour, which is understandably hard to photograph!
As the fabric is limited edition, a maximum of 3 garments will be made depending on size and style - making for truly unique pieces to add to your wardrobe.

PATRICIA TROUSER IN LIMITED EDITION DARK STRIPE
The ‘Patricia’ vintage inspired trousers have been revamped for Spring. The tapered leg trousers are now available in a limited edition, subtle dark stripe fabric. The stripes feature tones of red, green and blue yarn going through a black/brown base.
The new limited edition fabric was woven in a Mill in Huddersfield in the 1960s and was purchased by a friend of Roses Wardrobe’s father in law for a suit, that he never got round to getting made! This fabric is being given a new lease of life through the Patricia trouser.

This green check fabric is a wool blend, making it perfect for keeping you comfortable throughout Spring’s changes in weather.
The limited edition subtle green wool check fabric is enough to make a maximum of three garments, meaning it’ll truly be a unique piece that you can treasure forever. Both the half circle ‘Rosie’ skirt and classic vintage inspired ‘Patricia’ trousers will be an option for those wanting to welcome this green check fabric to their wardrobe.

THE LILIAS BLOUSE IN KHAKI TENCEL
The popular ‘Lillias’ blouse combines 1940s style with sustainable, eco-friendly fabric that’s lightweight enough for Spring and Summer but can easily be layered to keep warm on cooler days.
The Lilias inspired by Leanne’s Great Aunt Lily, and now available in a new khaki colour with a new embroidery option to match.

THE MARY JANE KNIFE PLEAT SKIRT
The Mary Jane is Rose’s Wardrobe’s very first knife pleat skirt, combining a daffodil yellow stripe against the classic check patterns slate greys and brown tones. The subtle swing of the pleats give a lovely flattering silhouette, and the skirt is completed with a luxurious bamboo silk lining in slate grey.

THE JEAN VINTAGE INSPIRED BLOUSE IN MUSTARD
The Jean vintage inspired blouse is made out of 100% cotton embroidery anglaise. It’s previously been released in white, and has now been released in a new mustard colour as part of the early Spring 2021 collection from Rose’s Wardrobe. The short cap sleeves, collar with picot trim, side splits at the hem, and keyhole detail add extra interest to this vintage inspired blouse.

THE TEAM
Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s.
