INSPIRATION FROM GREAT AUNT LILLY
The brand new “Lillias” vintage inspired blouse has been named after Rose’s Wardrobes Leanne’s Great Aunt Lilly, whose Sunday name was Lillias.
Great Aunt Lilly
Rose’s Wardrobe was inspired by three muses; Rose, Patricia and Edna. Edna and Patricia are Emma’s Grandma and Great Grandma, and Rose (who the brand is named after) is Leanne’s Grandma. Every item in Rose’s Wardrobe has a personal connection to history, whether it be from relatives such as Lillias, or vintage icons such as Ginger Rogers.

THE DETAILS
The Lillias blouse
The Lillias blouse is made from super soft, eco friendly tencel twill fabric, in line with Rose’s Wardrobes commitment to sustainability. For an added vintage feel, the Lillias blouse features an embroidery detail to the collar and, in the long sleeved version, on the cuff too. Every Lillias blouse features true vintage buttons, which means they will vary from the photo.

The blouse is an easy fit, with bust and back darts. You can choose from short or long sleeves depending on your needs. The long sleeved will be pictured as above and the short sleeve will have a gathered detail at the shoulder and pin hem, the same as the “Edna” blouse.

MADE TO ORDER
All of Rose’s Wardrobe’s clothing is handmade in Scotland, including the Lilias Blouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your blouse to be posted to you. If you need it in a hurry, please get in touch with the Rose’s Wardrobe team and they will do their best to accommodate you.

THE TEAM
Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s.
