GINGER ROGERS & THE GINGER TAP PANT
The brand new “Ginger Tap” pant is named after the inspirational Ginger Rogers. Ginger Rogers was an All American dancer, actress and singer who won an Academy Award for her performance in the 1940’s Kitty Foyle. Rogers’ is best remembered for her performances during the 1930’s RKOs musical films. As part of her dancing career, Rogers’ was known for her talents as a tap dancer - hence the name “Tap” pant!
The Ginger Tap pant is any vintage lovers wardrobe staple. It’s made out of 100% organic bamboo silk, a soft silk fabric that feels luxurious and soft against your skin. If you experience thigh rub in the hotter months (like right now!), the Ginger Tap pant can be worn under any skirts or dresses to keep you feeling cool and comfortable all day long.
The shape features a flattering front panel, elasticated back, and delicate french seam finishing.

THE TEAM
Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s.
