THE INSPIRATION
Rose’s Wardrobe is inspired by relatives from past times and what they wore. The name ‘Rose’s Wardrobe’ is named after Leanne’s Grandma, Rose.
Other muses that have inspired Rose’s Wardrobe are Emma’s Grandma, Edna, and Great Grandma, Patricia.

The ‘Nen’ skirt is no exception. The Nen skirt is inspired by Rose’s sister, Helen, whose nickname was ‘Nen’.
THE DETAILS
The vintage inspired Nen skirt is designed and handmade in Langholm, Scotland.
The skirt is made out of 8 panels to give a flattering, feminine silhouette. It’s made out of 100% wool fabric, in a salt and pepper fabric that combines shades of burgundy, burnt orange and lilac, ideal to take you through Autumn and Winter 2020.
The fabric gives a lovely rich feel to a classic shape, and is designed and woven in the local Langholm. Find out more about Rose’s Wardrobe Limited Edition fabrics by clicking here.

THE TEAM
Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s.
