AUTUMN BLOUSES & JACKETS
Introducing the 'Valerie’ Autumn Jacket, the first jacket to enter Rose’s Wardrobe. The inspiration for the new stunning Autumn 'Valerie‘ jacket was a combination between photos of Leanne’s Great Aunts wearing suit sets and an inspirational picture found on Pinterest.
The 1940s style jacket features a button up to neck and is made from a cotton twill called Moleskin, which is super soft, as it has been brushed in the finishing process. This jacket has so many fabric options, you can practically build your own jacket! The Valerie jacket is PRE-ORDER as the fabric is high priced and expensive to ship (even though it’s in the UK!) So this slot of PRE-ORDERS will be closed on the 22nd October - we will then order the fabric we need - which why we can offer so many colour options!
Also new to the Autumn collection for Rose’s Wardrobe is a new version of the popular 'Edna' blouse, a timeless classic and a great addition to any vintage inspired wardrobe.
This Autumn blouse is named after one of our muses, Edna. The early 1940s style blouse features a Peter Pan collar with beautiful ruffle detail. It’s made from luxury 100% GOTs approved organic cotton poplin. This Autumn blouse is a perfect staple piece for any season.
This blouse is available in a beautiful, rich pine green colour and is front-fastened with six vintage buttons and a button on each cuff.

AUTUMN SKIRTS
If you loved the ‘Valerie’ jacket, you’ll love the matching vibrant 'Elizabeth' skirt.
This Autumnal A-line skirt is made from 100% cotton moleskin, features a flattering knee-length, and has a front box pleat, contrast pockets and a concealed zip fastening at the back. The inspiration for the matching set came from Leanne’s two Great Aunts.
The ‘Elizabeth’ skirt is a PRE-ORDER as the fabric is high priced and expensive to ship (even though it’s in the UK!) So this slot of PRE-ORDERS will be closed on the 22nd October - we will then order the fabric we need - which why we can offer so many colour options!
Rose’s Wardrobe’s popular ‘Rosie’ style skirt is now available in an amazing 100% wool tartan, designed and woven in Langholm - ‘Muckle Toun’ Tartan! All the colours featured in the tartan have different meanings. The Rosie skirt is truly shopping local - designed, woven and sewn all under the same roof!
The Rosie skirt is also available in the vibrant Moleskin fabric as an alternative to the Elizabeth skirt. You can pre-order the skirt here.

THE TEAM
Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s. You can connect with Rose’s Wardrobe on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Have a look at where Rose’s Wardrobe will be here. Read our sustainability statement. Or, shop the collection.
