The Edna Blouse at Rose's Wardrobe

he Edna Blouse is a 1940s-inspired timeless classic for any vintage wardrobe.

THE INSPIRATION

The Edna blouse is inspired by one of Rose’s Wardrobes muses, Edna. Edna, Emma from Rose’s Wardrobes Grandma, is one of three muses that inspired Rose’s Wardrobe to come to life.

The 1940’s inspired creation features a soft peter pan collar and feminine ruffle details. The blouse is available in white and ivory, staple colours in any wardrobe that makes this piece a timeless classic.

THE DETAILS

The Edna Blouse is handmade to a high standard in Scotland, using luxury 100% GOTS approved organic cotton. To ensure the blouse is beautifully fitted in comfort, it features French seams and two bust and two back darts. The French touch extends to the luxury French seam inside.

THE TEAM

Rose’s Wardrobe was founded by Emma and Leanne after both having over 12 years of experience between them working in high street, vintage inspired, and fashion supplier backgrounds. The inspiration from Rose’s Wardrobe derived from Emma and Leanne’s muses - their grandmas and great grandma - Patricia, Edna, and Rose. The aim is to produce replicas of the beautiful clothes their grandmas wore, using colours, styles and prints from the 1940’s through to the 1960’s.
